Operating with a focus on innovation, the company aims to offer clients a seamless and reliable experience.Overview:We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist / AI Agent Developer to lead the design, training, and deployment of custom AI agents integrated with Kanbir's client ecosystems. The successful candidate will use LLMs, APIs, and data automation to build conversational and decision-support AI systems that enhance CRM, accounting, and business-operations workflows. This role will involve working closely with the UK leadership team and local developers to deliver production-ready, enterprise-grade AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and deploy AI agents / copilots integrated with Kanbir's Go High Level (GHL)-based CRM, accounting, and ERP systems. Develop LLM-powered workflows using Open AI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini APIs with Lang Chain or equivalent frameworks. Implement prompt engineering, context memory, and knowledge retrieval pipelines. Integrate AI logic with GHL, Xero, SAP, Zoho Books, or other platforms via REST1. APIs and secure webhooks.2. Build AI dashboards, chatbots, and reporting tools for finance and operations functions. 3. Work with data engineers to design ETL pipelines and structured knowledge bases. 4. Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and GDPR principles. 5. Evaluate new AI technologies and assist in strategic product roadmap development. 6. Maintain documentation, testing, and version control for all AI models and codebases. Technical Skills Required:Artificial intelligence, Data Science, Data Structures, Deep Learning, JavaScript, LLM evaluation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP)1. Strong coding proficiency in Python (preferred) or JavaScript / TypeScript. 2. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT-4/5, Claude, Gemini, etc.). 3. Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. 4. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma). 5. Familiarity with FastAPI / Flask or Node.js for backend AI services. 6. Strong API integration skills and understanding of JSON / REST architecture. 7. Experience deploying solutions on AWS / Azure / Google Cloud and managing Docker / serverless functions. 8. Understanding of data processing, ETL, and prompt-based automation. Desirable Skills: 1. Experience creating AI copilots or chatbots for business use cases. 2. Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM and other automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n). 3. Understanding of accounting and ERP data structures (Xero, Sage, SAP). 4. Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or multimodal AI. 5. Exposure to micro-SaaS product design or multi-tenant app architecture. 6. Personal Attributes 7. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. 8. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. 9. Curious, self-motivated, and passionate about applied AI. 10. Comfortable working in a UK-India hybrid environment with remote collaboration tools. 11. Committed to innovation and continuous learning. Qualifications:Strong foundation in Computer Science and a deep understanding of programming languages.Proficiency in Machine Learning and Data Science, including developing and deploying algorithms.Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and optimizing solutions.Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks is an added advantage.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate complex concepts effectively.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.3-5 years of relevant experience in AI-related roles is preferred.  including at least one end-to-end AI implementation project.What we Offer ?1.
