Role:Field Support Engineer assigned to do all relevant tasks on fieldLocation : Bengaluru/Chennai/Hyderabad/TrivandrumKey Responsibilities:I&FR Feasibility, Service Delivery & Assurance - first time right & within SLA Timely Material recovery & deposit in Store.Basic office expenses/petty cash managementInventory/Spares ManagementProper handling & upkeep/safety of tools & equipmentsAble to work on Fiber as well as UBR radiosEfficient in proper computer handling & demonstrate internet servicesManaging utility of sitesTake ownership for all sites to ensure sufficient power backup, check UPS and battery every weekEnsure sufficient fuel in DG at all times & reach on site timely to avoid outages. Conduct DG testing every week, maintain log book of DG and submit readings of DG battery and testing every weekCapable to work in long shifts & overnight, available on call for emergenciesConduct Regular Preventive Maintenance of sites (POP/customer)Administrative ManagementBasic office expenses/petty cash managementCo-ordinate with Telco/local ISPs for permission/accessMaintain Infra/client database & ensure disaster managementSafetyAdhering to safety regulations, legal norms and work proceduresEssentials:EducationITI preferableExperienceMin 2 year relevant experienceCompetenciesPrevious work experience as an EngineerBasic Knowledge of Electrical load - Stabilizer/UPS/battery etcAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix any problems that may ariseAbility to work at heightsTake instructions from TL/Supervisor/engineer & co-ordinate with colleagues/customer/ others for carrying out his tasks
