Job Title: SAP BRIM ConsultantExperience: 5-8 YearsLocation: Bengaluru & NoidaShift: GeneralMode: HybridNotice Period: Immediate joiners are preferableWe at Coforge are hiring SAP BRIM Consultant with following skill set:About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Convergent Mediation (CM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in end-to-end BRIM processes including charging, mediation, billing, invoicing, and integration with related SAP modules.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on SAP BRIM components with a primary focus on SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) and Convergent Charging (CC).Implement, configure, and support mediation processes, including data collection, validation, enrichment, and distribution.Analyze business requirements and design scalable mediation workflows.Perform integration between SAP CC, FI‑CA, and external systems.Troubleshoot mediation issues, perform log analysis, and ensure data accuracy across BRIM streams.Work with cross‑functional teams (technical + functional) to deliver BRIM solutions.Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization activities.Prepare technical documentation, functional specs, test cases, and support UAT.Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BRIM and mediation-related incidents.Required Skills & Experience5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM.Strong knowledge of SAP Convergent Mediation (mandatory).Good understanding of:SAP Convergent Charging (CC)FI‑CA (Contract Accounting)Experience in Mediation Zone, event processing, and pipeline configuration.Solid understanding of high-volume billing/usage scenarios.Ability to analyze mediation data flows and troubleshoot complex issues.Proficiency in integration techniques (SOAP, REST, Web Services, File-based).Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
