This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in both technical and marketing domains.Key Responsibilities🔹 Web DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress (Elementor/Classic editor/Custom themes)Build responsive, user-friendly layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScriptManage plugins, themes, backups, hosting, and cPanel tasksOptimize website speed, performance, and SEO best practicesTroubleshoot technical issues, fix bugs, and handle website updatesImplement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience🔹 Marketing CoordinationAssist in content creation, including website content, blogs, and social media postsSupport SEO activities — keyword optimization, metadata, technical checksManage and track performance using Google Analytics & Search ConsoleCoordinate basic digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and landing pagesCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital strategiesConduct competitor research and help improve online brand presenceRequired Skills1–2 years of experience as a WordPress DeveloperStrong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience with Elementor or other page buildersBasic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principlesAbility to manage hosting, backups, and website migrationsGood communication skills and problem-solving abilityPreferred SkillsExperience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools (basic design skills)Knowledge of on-page/off-page SEOFamiliarity with Shopify or other CMS platformsUnderstanding of marketing funnels and analytics reportingEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field (preferred)Why Join Butterfly Technology LLC?Work on exciting and diverse web projectsLearn and grow across both development and marketingSupportive and collaborative work cultureOpportunity to work with modern tools and technologies
