Citrix Support and Administration: Provide support and administration for Citrix DaaS / CVAD VDIs, HSDs, applications, and NetScaler. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Citrix environments to ensure optimal performance and availability. Perform regular updates and maintenance of Citrix infrastructure. Microsoft Technologies: Administer Active Directory, including managing user accounts, Group Policies, and Certificate Services. Utilize MECM for software deployment and management. Manage FSLogix profile containers and OneDrive integration for a seamless user experience. Support and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Support and maintain FSLogix profile management solutions. Knowledge on Azure services, including IaaS, networking, IAM, and storage. System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Citrix and Microsoft technologies. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of issues. Provide timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
Essential:
Good troubleshooting skill on Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop (PVS && MCS), NetScaler and basic understanding of Azure (IaaS). Able to work in 24X7 operational support Demonstrated ability in technical implementation skills on PVS and MCS , vDisk patching and sealing Process
