Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 6 Weeks Contract (extendable)

Day Rate: $100 USD per day

Start Date: Immediate Joiners Only

We are seeking a hands-on Sitecore Developer to support the delivery of a multi-brand, multilingual portal (Arabic/English). You will take ownership of content modeling, workflows, governance, and migration activities, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth collaboration with development teams. This is a short-term, high-impact role where expertise in Sitecore XM/XM Cloud and headless content delivery is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Own content modeling and taxonomy design for a multi-brand, multilingual (Arabic/English) portal.
• Configure XMCC templates, workflows, RBAC, publishing approvals, and SLAs.
• Define Experience Edge (GraphQL) schemas/contracts in partnership with Next.js/React teams.
• Run content releases using Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) and manage environment promotion.
• Lead migration activities from CH1/XM → XM Cloud, including mapping, redirects, validation, and QA.
• Enforce compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, SEO metadata, Open Graph, and schema.org standards.
• Set up preview/localization workflows, language fallback, and improve authoring UX.
• Establish governance frameworks: contribution guidelines, checklists, and QA playbooks.
• Track content KPIs and analytics; optimize search quality (facets, synonyms, zero-results).

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud.
• Proven expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and RBAC.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Experience Edge.
• Content release management with SCS.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Sitecore Search and Sitecore Personalize/CDP.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
