We are seeking a visionary leader of Marketing to drive the growth of our specialized wellness vertical, attracting guests seeking authentic, high-value, and experiential healing journeys. The Role The Senior Marketing Manager for the Wellness vertical will develop and execute a  comprehensive marketing strategy focused on the niche global wellness tourism market. This role requires a leader with strong digital expertise, brand sensibility aligned with a mindful ethos, and a proven track record of driving direct bookings for premium, specialized services. Key Responsibilities Strategy, Execution, & Performance Niche Marketing & Campaign Management: Execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns across specialized digital wellness platforms, print, and partner networks to achieve targets for program occupancy and global brand visibility within the wellness sector. Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee the management of all digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, email marketing) specifically targeting wellness consumers. Focus on optimizing direct bookings for retreats/programs and minimizing the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for high-value wellness packages. Budget Oversight & Reporting: Track marketing spend against the allocated budget. Provide regular, data-driven reports on program performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics relevant to the wellness vertical. Brand & Content Stewardship Brand Stewardship: Ensure the CGH Earth Wellness brand integrity and messaging is maintained, authentically communicating the principles of health, healing, sustainability, and authentic tradition across all platforms. Content & Social Strategy: Develop and manage a content strategy and calendar focused on the experiential and curative nature of the programs. Content must be engaging, credible, and reflect the brand's sustainable, mindful, and healing ethos (e.g., traditional therapies, mindful living). Partnerships & Collaborations: Manage relationships with key external vendors, specialized wellness media partners, medical practitioners, and credible local/global wellness influencers to amplify brand reach and reputation. Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and manage a small team or group of specialists/executives, providing day-to-day direction and performance feedback. Cross-functional Support: Act as the primary liaison with Operations, Sales, and Reservations teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals, ensuring a seamless booking and guest/patient journey from inquiry through treatment. Market Insights: Monitor global wellness tourism trends, competitor activities (specialized retreat centres, medical spas), and customer feedback to inform program optimization and identify niche opportunities. Skills & Attributes Specialized Sector Experience: Demonstrated success in executing brand-building and performance-driven campaigns within the Hospitality, Wellness Tourism, or Premium Consumer Health sectors is highly preferred. Operational Management: Proven experience in a hands-on marketing management role, with strong operational oversight and excellent project management skills. Digital Command: Strong command of the digital marketing landscape (SEO/SEM, social media, CRM systems) and proficiency in using data to drive customer acquisition. Analytical & Strategic: Highly proficient in marketing analytics, interpreting data, and translating insights into strategies for campaign and program optimization. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, written, and verbal communication skills; a creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications Experience: 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role. Sector Focus (Essential): Strong preference for experience in the wellness, tourism, hospitality, or luxury health/retreat sectors . Education (Preferred): MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
