Please visit us at to learn more about what we do. About the role Investment professional will be part of the core research team and will lead company research independently. This will involve Provide actionable insights through end-to-end due diligence (Studying growth potential, industry dynamics, Business fundamentals, Business & investment risks etc.) on companies under coverage across multiple sectors and market cap pyramid. Diligence involves researching public /proprietary info, doing channel checks and meeting management teams. Active tracking of industries /stocks under coverage and ensuring investment thesis documentation, excel model, presentation (where required) of stocks under coverage is up to date. Exchange of views with research team on broader stock universe is encouraged. Participating in team discussions around portfolio construction, position sizing, and monitoring. Engagement with existing and potential clients as part of portfolio reviews/business pitch. Who should apply? The following is an indicative set of requirements for a candidate looking to apply: 3-6 years work experience at either Long only Indian Public Equities firm. Indian Private Equity firm. Corporate Strategy/IR senior role at any Indian corporate. Sharp understanding of business strategy, concepts of financial management and ability to analyse financial statements to gauge economic value of any business. Strong willingness to use technology to boost productivity and accuracy of research. Softer aspects Willingness to think independently on first principles. Has a passion for Equity investing and will show willingness to go and above and beyond what is expected.  Strong willingness to learn from others and is open to feedback.
