This role involves proactive outreach, building strong vendor relationships, and generating new business opportunities in the US staffing market. If you’re confident, persuasive, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities • Identify, connect, and onboard new vendors through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools. • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to generate continuous job requirements. • Engage in business development activities, including outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand job needs and ensure consistent requirement flow. • Manage vendor databases and track all interactions using internal systems and CRM tools. • Perform market research to identify potential clients/vendors and expand the business pipeline. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak in a clear and neutral/US accent. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to perform effective outreach through calls, emails, and digital tools. • Quick learner with strong organisational and multitasking skills. • Proactive approach with a strong desire to grow in the US staffing industry. • Freshers with great communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
