Your Role – Learn, Support & Grow as a Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at CUR8, you'll work closely with our experienced recruiters and founders to help build our A-Team. This internship isn't just about administrative tasks—it's a learning opportunity where you'll support the entire hiring process and gain hands-on experience in recruiting top talent for tech, sales, product, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Support

  • Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Help maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and update recruitment data.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of recruitment materials.

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Learn to use tools like Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Assist in creating and executing outreach campaigns to attract top-tier talent.
  • Help research and identify potential candidates from universities and startups.

Screening & Interview Coordination

  • Participate in initial candidate screenings and document feedback.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews and follow-ups.
  • Learn to assess technical and cultural fit alongside senior recruiters.

Employer Branding & Event Support

  • Contribute ideas for enhancing CUR8's employer brand across social media and job boards.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting hiring events, campus drives, and meetups.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Support the team in streamlining recruitment workflows and optimizing hiring metrics.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis to inform future recruitment strategies.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior internship or project work in HR/recruitment is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networking platforms (, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a keen interest in learning recruitment best practices.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort using basic software tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) and a willingness to learn ATS and sourcing tools.
