We work closely with clients on DRHP financials, complex business combinations, internal and statutory audits, US bookkeeping, and FP&A projects — bringing together technical expertise and practical execution for high-impact outcomes.About the RoleAt Dop & Bud, you will work closely with experienced professionals on challenging and high-impact assignments across financial reporting, audit, and advisory. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world finance, going beyond traditional compliance to strategic problem-solving and analytical execution.You’ll contribute directly to projects involving:Preparation and review of financial statements for DRHP filings under Ind ASInternal and statutory audits for diverse industriesAccounting and consolidation for complex business combination structuresTransaction advisory and financial due diligenceBookkeeping and management reporting for US and domestic clientsFP&A — financial analysis, budgeting, and performance trackingThis is an onsite role at Rajkot, Gujarat and requires occasional travelling to client places PAN INDIAKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and reviewing financials, working papers, and schedules for audits and DRHP projectsSupport financial modeling, reconciliations, and variance analysisConduct research on accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and transaction structuresWork with teams to implement accounting systems and process improvementsCoordinate with clients to obtain data and resolve queries efficientlyPrepare management decks, dashboards, and reports for internal and external useSkills & Attributes we valueSound understanding of accounting fundamentals (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP)Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and exposure to PowerPoint or reporting toolsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving orientationStrong communication and teamwork skillsCuriosity to learn new domains — from IPO financials to cross-border transactionsAbility to manage deadlines and multitask across engagementsIdeal BackgroundCA Article Assistants (1st or 2nd year)CA Dropouts / Semi-qualified CAs with 0–3 years of experience in audit, finance, or accountingGraduates (B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA-Finance) with strong analytical and accounting aptitudeWhy Dop & BudOpportunity to work on diverse and intellectually challenging projectsMentorship from professionals experienced in Big 4 and IPO engagementsExposure to real clients, not just back-office workA startup-style, collaborative environment that values learning and ownership
