About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Associate to support our education loan processes for students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth loan processing, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering an excellent experience to students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Loan Processes: Support and coordinate the steps involved in processing education loans for study abroad students.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to improve and streamline loan services.
• Monitor & Report: Track and maintain oversight of loan applications from the vendor end, ensuring timely updates.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the loan application journey is seamless, transparent, and stress-free for students and families.
• Problem-Solving: Identify issues or bottlenecks quickly and implement solutions to avoid delays.
• Follow-Up: Regularly engage with students and families, providing updates and necessary information regarding their loan status.
• Adaptability: Take on diverse responsibilities within the loan process and provide support wherever required.
