Role: OCI Admin

Job Description:


• OCI Expertise: In-depth knowledge of OCI services and architecture, including Tenancy, VCNs, Compartments, Networking, Storage, Database, IAM, Security Groups, and Bastion Service.

• Client Tenancy Administration: Managing and administering OCI client tenancies, including setup, VCN configuration, and network security.

• OCI Resource Deployment and Optimization: Designing and deploying OCI solutions across various services such as Compute, Storage, Networking, and Database.

• Security & Identity Management: Implementing and managing IAM policies and access control within client tenancies. Configuring auditing, alerting, and logging, and performing security reviews and vulnerability mitigation.

• Automation & Scripting Capability: Experience with IaC tools like Terraform and scripting languages such as Python or Shell, along with experience with version control systems like GIT.

• Cloud Security Understanding : Strong understanding of cloud security principles in OCI environments, including IAM policies, data encryption, network security, and vulnerability mitigation.

Networking: Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, including Network Security Groups and Bastion Hosts.

Database Management: Basic knowledge of database provisioning, backup and restore operations, and performance tuning.

• Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and vendors.
