Regional Medical Lead

About the Role

  • This position will drive medical strategy and ensure innovative therapies reach those who need them most.

  • You'll lead the development of local medical strategies aligned with global objectives.

  • Co-develop integrated evidence plans to improve patient outcomes.

  • Represent the organization in scientific forums and publications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local medical strategies.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant and impactful medical activities.

  • Provide expert medical input on pipeline programs and approved brands.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify strategic drivers.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in health sciences (MBBS, MD, BDS, PhD, or PharmD).

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong clinical and research background.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
