This is an entry to mid level role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building trust, and opening doors for a product that is already gaining strong traction in the home services and HOA space.You will be part of a small team that believes in fast execution, high ownership, and clear communication.What you will doReach out to homeowners, HOA boards, and local communities through calls, texts, and emailsRun structured outreach campaigns to generate interest and book meetingsShare Haply’s value proposition clearly and help prospects understand how our platform solves their daily problemsMaintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow upsCoordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboardingSupport basic outreach marketing activities such as sending email sequences, posting in local community groups, and identifying new channels to reach customersWork closely with the team to improve messaging and outreach playbooksTrack metrics for conversions, follow ups, and customer feedbackWho you areComfortable with high volume outreach and daily targetsStrong communication skills and ability to build rapport quicklyOrganized, detail oriented, and consistentSelf driven and eager to learn the sales process in a fast growing startupFamiliar with WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and other communication platformsGood to havePrevious sales or outreach experienceExperience with B2C or B2 nonprofit outreachUnderstanding of communities, HOAs, or home servicesLocationHybrid.
