You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our web applications, from frontend user interfaces to backend services. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a startup setting, where you'll have the autonomy to innovate and contribute to the full product lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js for the backend and React.js for the frontend.Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and accessibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including designers, product managers, and other developers) to translate requirements into technical solutions.Build and integrate RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for better user experience and system efficiency.Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and continuous integration/deployment processes.Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to improving our tech stack.Qualifications1-2 years of professional work experience in Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.Experience with backend development, including server-side logic, databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and API design.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while communicating effectively via tools like Slack, Zoom, and Jira.Preferred SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku, or Vercel).Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (e.g., Docker).Previous startup experience or a passion for entrepreneurial environments.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experienceFully remote work with flexible hours to support work-life balance.Health insurance and paid time off.Collaborative and inclusive team culture with regular team-building events.Opportunities for rapid career growth and ownership of projects.If you're excited about building innovative solutions in a startup environment, apply for this position via Candidates who send emails to the founder, employees or HR to apply will be REJECTED as the only medium for application is and any other medium will not get you noticed but gets you REJECTED
