Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Club Manager at Elixir Innovatory, located on-site in Gwalior. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, managing staff, organizing events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks. The role will also involve coordinating with vendors, maintaining the facility, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the club.

Qualifications

  • Experience in club or hospitality management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage events and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in administrative and financial management
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service
  • Ability to work on-site in Gwalior
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
