Role Overview:
As Team Leader, you will build and lead the recruitment team from scratch, driving success in sourcing and closing mid, senior, and niche-level positions. You will set the strategic direction, lead by example in recruitment activities, and ensure that the team consistently meets performance targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Setup: Recruit, onboard, and train a team of recruitment consultants, setting the foundation for success.
- Lead by Example: Handle & close complex mid and senior-level, niche roles while mentoring the team on best practices.
- Strategy Execution: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs for high-level and specialized positions.
- Client & Candidate Management: Build strong client relationships and ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Team Development: Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and skill development to your team.
- Reporting & Analysis: Set KPIs, track performance, and report to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-6 years of recruitment experience (Pharmaceutical Industry).
- Proven success in handling complex, hard-to-fill roles at mid, senior & CXO level.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing recruitment teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in recruitment software and ATS systems.
