Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while developing new strategic accounts. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; prepare and submit sales performance reports. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to support strategic decision-making. Required Skills Strong technical understanding of transformer products (oil-filled, dry-type). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage customer expectations and multi-task effectively. Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports. Self-driven, with strong analytical and market research capabilities.
