Job Description As a Senior Specialist, you will lead impactful deliverables across the pharmaceutical value chain from drug discovery to commercialization. The successful candidate will leverage in-depth understanding of business processes and Generative AI to drive strategic initiatives. Domain Expertise Possess comprehensive knowledge across the end-to-end pharmaceutical value chain, including drug discovery, preclinical and clinical trials, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, technical operations, and commercial operations. Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI and their applications to optimize processes across the pharmaceutical value chain. Business Analysis Partner with senior stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements. Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes to identify opportunities for Generative AI. Develop detailed business cases and feasibility studies. Create comprehensive business requirements documents and solution blueprints. Stakeholder Engagement Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings. Mentor junior analysts. Generative AI Leverage Generative AI to analyze large datasets. Collaborate with data scientists to design and develop AI models. Ensure AI solutions are interpretable, scalable, and integrated into workflows. Regulatory & Ethical Compliance Ensure AI solutions comply with global regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Identify and mitigate risks related to AI deployment. Required Skills and Qualifications Possess 6–8 years of core Business Analyst experience in the life sciences domain. Strong understanding of Generative AI and machine learning. Proven project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
