About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Augmentation / Deployment Specialist with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in global workforce deployments across APAC, US, and EMEA. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently meets client expectations, and demonstrates success in scaling deployments across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients across APAC, US, and EMEA to deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong bench and vendor network to achieve high fill rates (90%+) and reduced time-to-fill cycles.
  • Manage the full consultant lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with contracts, documentation, and local labor laws across multiple geographies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as:
  • Time-to-fill improvements (e.g., reducing average cycle time by 20–30%).
  • Utilization rates (maintaining 85–90%+ consultant utilization).
  • Redeployment success rates (target 50%+ of roll-offs redeployed).
  • Retention levels (minimizing early attrition to under 5%).

Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable deployment outcomes across regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor development expertise.
  • Ability to deliver speed, quality, and compliance simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in staff augmentation / workforce deployment with exposure to APAC, US, and EMEA markets.
  • Proven track record of success in:
  • Reducing average time-to-fill cycles.
  • Driving high utilization and redeployment metrics.
  • Successfully managing multi-regional staffing programs.
  • Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing firms is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization is an advantage.
