Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic communicator with excellent English skills to engage with candidates via phone calls and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport quickly, provide information clearly, and represent our brand with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage communication with potential candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Explain job opportunities clearly and answer queries effectively.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to keep them engaged.
  • Update and manage candidate data accurately in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
  • Share relevant job information and company updates with potential candidates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and persuasive on calls and messages.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and phone-based communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate conversations simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, tele-calling, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills for updating records and handling chats.

Preferred:

  • Experience using CRMs, ATS tools, or Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Background in HR, recruitment, or BPO roles.
  • Ability to communicate in other regional languages (optional).
