Role: ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & Service MappingExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: PAN India (Hybrid Model)Notice: 15-30 Days Qualifications Skills and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping and integrating data.Hands-on experience ServiceNow – ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping)Strong experience with ServiceNow integration tools like Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration technologies.Experience working with Data Transformation tools (e.g., Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps).Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) for mapping and transforming data.Knowledge of data modelling and mapping techniques in ServiceNow.Familiarity with SQL and querying relational databases.Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, FTP, SFTP)Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Skills and CertificationsServiceNow Certified – ITOM Discovery & Service MappingServiceNow Certified - Application DeveloperITIL v3 certificationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation development and Customer Presentation skillsSuccessful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
