Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with over 8 years of experience to lead complex software development and cloud transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET, Java,Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or any technical experinece along with proven project management capabilities. This role involves overseeing project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and driving technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle – from planning and execution to delivery and closure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand and guide technical architecture and implementation.
  • Oversee application development using technologies such as .NET, Java, and/or Cloud platforms.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards and technical excellence.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise reporting to leadership and clients.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, delivery processes, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, with at least 3–5 years in a project management or lead role.
  • Strong hands-on technical background in .NET, Java, or Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise-level software projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Confluence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern deployment practices.
