Advisor – RCAD (Retail Client Acquisition and Development)

  • Candidate should have experience into Trading and Order Punching- Terminal Handling
  •  Candidate should have exp of handling the HNI clients & cross selling of TPP products.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Equity & derivatives, options, cash and trading.
  • Key Deliverables-


  • Trade Execution: Placing equity and derivative orders on behalf of clients.
  • Providing end-to-end advisory services with a focus on AUM product penetration.
  • Cross selling of third-party investment products (Insurance, MF, PMS, SIP’s, TGS, AIF, Bonds, FD, Unlisted shares, IAP & other services offered by MOFSL)

Role Requirement-


  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate with minimum 55%
  • Experience: 2+ Years’ experience in HNI broking
  • Domain Knowledge Equity and derivative markets, Broking and operations, Client risk profiling, Fundamental and technical analysis
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Trading Applications, MS Office
  • Additional Certification: NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification (Mandatory)
