Job Title: T4EA Specialist
Location: Bangalore

Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Teamcenter-ERP integrations using T4EA.
- Implement and support data mapping, transformation, and workflow synchronization between Teamcenter and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and IT teams to understand integration requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency across systems.
- Customize and extend T4EA templates and configurations based on business logic.
- Support Teamcenter upgrades and ensure integration compatibility.
- Create and maintain documentation including integration design, configuration, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and integration standards.
- Participate in end-to-end testing and validation of integration flows.
- Assist in training and knowledge transfer for internal teams or client teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–4 years of professional experience with Teamcenter PLM and T4EA (Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications).
- Strong understanding of PLM-ERP integration concepts and Teamcenter architecture.
- Must have End-to-End T4EA implementation experience
- Must have In-depth knowledge of AIG Configuration and Implementation
- Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, and scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Shell).
- Familiarity with Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, and Item Management.
- Experience with Teamcenter ITK, RAC, and BMIDE is a plus.
- Knowledge of middleware/integration platforms like SOA, web services (SOAP/REST), or message queues (JMS) is desirable.
- Understanding of data models and data synchronization principles.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
