Team of Second-time Entrepreneurs, Bankers and growth Fanatics.Job Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the Mutual Funds KYC division, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring timely completion of KYC processing, onboarding, and related operational activities.Coordinate with intermediary platforms such as BSE Star, Redvision, and others to ensure seamless data flow and operational integration.Act as a point of escalation for sub-distributors and customers, providing support on KYC, onboarding, and approval-related matters.Review and finalize reports prepared by the team for internal processes and client information purposes.Oversee processing of new entity applications, ensuring accurate data entry and uploading in DBMS software.Monitor and maintain data accuracy through daily administrative support and quality checks using MS Excel and other internal tools.Ensure effective resolution of customer queries (new and existing) related to KYC and investment processing, maintaining high satisfaction levels.Prepare and review monthly performance and operational reports, sharing insights with management for continuous process improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Compliance) to enhance automation and efficiency within KYC operations.Key Requirements:Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.Experience in mutual fund operations or KYC processes preferred.Proficiency in MS Excel, DBMS, and related tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skill set.Note: We are looking for passionate team players who want to build a revolutionary product in fintech and grow with us on this exciting journey.
