Job Title: Technical Corporate Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Technical Corporate Trainer with over 5 years of experience in delivering effective, engaging, and impactful training sessions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of technologies including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports), Power BI, and RPA , among others. You will play a critical role in enhancing the technical competencies of our workforce and clients through structured training programs and hands-on workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs to corporate teams across various domains.
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Create training materials, manuals, handouts, and e-learning content as required.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to incorporate relevant content into the training modules.
  • Provide mentoring and post-training support to ensure real-world application of skills.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and department heads to align training with business goals.

Skills & Technologies:

  • Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL .
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX and Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports) .
  • Proficient in Power BI and generating data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Additional knowledge of other modern data, automation, or ERP tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in corporate technical training with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Certifications in relevant tools/technologies are preferred.

  • Location: Business Park, Sector 127, Noida.
  • On-site setup as per training schedule requirements.
