We are looking for Production Supervisor –Traction Gear Box Manufacturing

You'll make a difference by

Weare currently looking for a Production Supervisor, Traction Gear Box at ourmanufacturing factory in Nashik. Production supervisor will report toManufacturing Head.

Thejob responsibilities of the Production Supervisor, include (but not limited to)

·Prepare daily / weeklyproduction plan and loading to the team daily for the production.

·Conduct SFM meeting toprogress every day and align for the weekly / monthly target for theproduction.

·Update the dailyproduction updates to management with daily KPI target vs actuals.

·Ensure the dailyproduction output with maintaining Quality, safety while operations.

·Manage all internalstake holders for maintaining the production without disruption.

·Confirming theproduction by first time right by ensuring in production quality control and mitigationfor the quality issues without making any delay in production.

·To reduce NCC rootcause analysis of defects with using various tools like A3, 8D, etc.

·Upgrading productionskills by job rotation in the team so on job skills development can be doneduring normal production for the key manufacturing process.

·Ensuring In processquality checks on the products daily. Also checking and maintaining data forResin parameters, etc.

·Ensures not onlyassembly quality but also the health of the machinery along with best EHSpractices like 5S, Lean, TPM, etc.

·Maintains qualitystandards by establishing and enforcing production standards maintaining 5s inshopfloor.

·Ensuring theproductivity of workmen, reduction in NCC, zero defects in production.

·Follows up withPlanning & Logistics for timely delivery of material for Production.

Desired Skills:

·Diploma or Graduate inMechanical Engineering.

·Should have at least6-8 years' experience in Traction Gear Box manufacturing processes.

·Experience in Assemblyprocess of Gearbox, Manufacturing processes, and Leading People.

·Should be proficient inEnglish, Hindi and Marathi.

·Strong communicationand organizational skills

·Proficiency in usingMicrosoft office suite and administrative applications.
