Associate UI/UX Designer (2 Years Experience) Location: Tamil Nadu (Only TN candidates preferred) Employment Type: Full-time | On-Site Notice: Immediate joiner or less than 2 weeks(Note: Only application from will be considered. Calls or in-person approaches are not encouraged.)Job Description:We are looking for a talented Associate UI/UX Designer with around 2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes in ▪️ Figma/Adobe XD.Ability to create quick prototypes or rapid Figma designs using recent AI tools.Apply solid knowledge of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout design.Work on responsive and adaptive UI for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research, journey mapping, and persona creation.Refine designs based on usability testing and feedback.Collaborate with developers for smooth handoff using Figma.Contribute to design systems and reusable UI components.Perform heuristic evaluations and UX audits to identify improvements.Required Skillset:Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.Good understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows for faster ideation and prototyping.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.Experience in usability testing and iteration.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
