Key Responsibilities:


  • Cloud: Alibaba cloud (primary), Azure cloud, AWS.
  • Firewalls: Palo Alto, FortiGate
  • Configure and manage security features such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and security groups within Alibaba Cloud.
  • Hands on experience on Fortigate and Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Manage network security solutions on Alibaba Cloud.
  • Monitor and analyze network traffic for security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of applications and data hosted on the cloud.
  • Respond to security incidents and perform forensic analysis to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies relevant to Alibaba Cloud and the broader cloud computing landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in network security, specifically with Alibaba Cloud services (e.G., VPC, SLB, Cloud Firewall).
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with security compliance standards (e.G., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
  • Experience with security monitoring and incident response tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.G., CCSP, CEH, Alibaba Cloud Security Expert) are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
