About the role : As a Campaign Specialist, you will manage campaigns for clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound sales, possesses excellent communication - both written and verbal, and is highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Design and implement effective outbound sales campaigns aimed at attracting and nurturing prospects.
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling messaging and tactics to engage target clients.

Outbound Outreach:

  • Conduct proactive outreach through LinkedIn and emails to generate leads and drive sales growth.

Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline for the clients.
  • Regularly update the CRM with detailed notes on client interactions and follow-up actions.

Required Skills:

  • Outbound Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Agency Background: Experience working in a sales agency environment, managing diverse client portfolios and adapting to various customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of building rapport and trust with prospects and clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to effectively manage leads and monitor sales activities.
  • Motivation & Drive: Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, possessing a proactive approach to achieving targets in a competitive landscape..
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational capabilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing a high volume of leads.
  • Sales Acumen: In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, preferably into cold calling, and objection handling.
