The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing the HR foundation for the company’s new phase of operations — from setting up organizational hierarchies and HR processes to driving recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.The role requires a hands-on professional capable of working from the grassroots level to develop and structure a growing organization, collaborating closely with management to foster a strong culture, ensure compliance, and support sustainable business growth in a challenging and evolving environment.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and organizational developmentStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExperience in setting up or scaling HR systems and structures preferredKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesAbility to work independently, flexible to handle multiple priorities, and thrive in dynamic conditionsExperience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage
