How you'llmake animpact

  • Experience: 4 years
  • Recommended to havebachelor’s degree/technical certification inComputer.
  • Should have sound knowledge of software development lifecycle and hands-on TestingExperience.
  • Skills: Manual Testing - system, unit, acceptance, regression, loadand functional/performance testing, Test case preparation,Automation Testing (good tohave)
  • Analyse test requirements, and design and executetests.
  • Knowledge of Automation testing is a plus.
  • Typicaltests may include system testing, user acceptance testing,performance testing, security testing and testautomation.
  • Develop, update, and maintain testing standards andprocedures.
  • Record problems and issues in accordance with theproject's problem and issue managementplans.
  • Work with the application team and/or client to resolveany issues that arise in the testingprocess.
  • Experience in any of the automation tool orframeworks.
  • Ability to work seamlessly within a team as well asmanage individual tasks.
  • Must be ambitious and have a desire to learn newskills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. 
  • Strong and effective inter-personal and communicationskills and the ability to interact professionally with a diversegroup of clients and teammembers.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and identifyambiguity and drive forclarity.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasksconcurrently.

Aboutyou

  • Develop comprehensive test cases from businessrequirements.
  • Record Test results and maintain the executionlog.
  • Reportdefects in the defect tracking system, providing adequateinformation to the development team with steps to reproduce theissue.
  • Participate in root cause analysis withdevelopment.
  • Responsible for prompt response to bug informationrequests andverification.
  • Follow and ensure the project team adheres to the processdefined by the organization.
