Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our offerings.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential business opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, client feedback, and market insights to the leadership team

. Skills & Qualifications

: Experience: 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the real estate or allied industries.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors.

Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven strategies.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address client needs and resolve challenges.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
