Job Description :

We are seeking a technically skilled and product-focused individual to join our team as a Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and experience working closely with engineering teams. You will own the product lifecycle, from strategy and ideation to execution, with a focus on building scalable, user-centric solutions.

This role demands a keen understanding of technology trends, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and engineering.

Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define a product vision and roadmap aligned with technical feasibility, business goals, and customer needs.

- Technical Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet product requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Requirement Gathering : Translate complex technical requirements into clear product features and prioritize them based on impact and effort.

- Data-Driven Insights : Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, evaluate product performance, and inform decisions using data.

- Innovation & Trends : Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, and integrate them into the product development process where applicable.

- Problem-Solving : Address technical constraints and challenges by working collaboratively with developers and architects to find optimal solutions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the primary interface between business, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive iterative product improvements based on user feedback, data insights, and technical advancements.

- Documentation & Reporting : Create and maintain clear technical documentation, user stories, and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Experience : 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on technology-driven products.

- Previous experience in software engineering or a technical role is a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Understanding of software development processes, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.

- Familiarity with tech stacks, coding concepts, or platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, version control tools (i.e., Git), and product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.

- Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to analyzing complex technical and business problems.

- Communication : Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

- User-Centric Approach : Deep empathy for users, with a focus on delivering features that solve real problems and enhance experiences.

Nice to Have :

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI) or analytics platforms.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure management.

- Prior experience working with AI/ML-driven products or platforms
