About the Role:

Position: Lead Python Automation

Experience: 8 - 13 Years

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1) - WFO

Synopsis:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer 4 (Automation Engineer) with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline software testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and automation strategies.
  • Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate test results.
  • Stay updated with automation trends and best practices.
  • As an SDE 4 , lead and support the team in driving automation initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of automation experience with strong Python , unit testing , API integration , and third-party libraries.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux Systems , particularly in Networking
  • Hands-on experience with Automation Testing , including Framework Architecture
  • Experience in Backend Performance Testing with a focus on Automation Architecture
  • Knowledge of shell scripting , networking , troubleshooting , and Selenium WebDriver .
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • On-site work is mandatory ; WFH only in exceptional cases.
