Our goal is to deliver tailored and innovative outcomes for diverse construction needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role based in Bengaluru for a BIM Engineer specializing in Scan to BIM, MEP, Interior, Structure, and Architecture. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models, preparing construction drawings, conducting MEP design, and collaborating with architectural, structural, and civil engineering teams. The role requires ensuring accuracy in modeling and documentation to meet project requirements.QualificationsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in construction drawingsExperience of 2+ years in relevant Modeling of servicesStrong background in Architecture and Civil Engineering drawings readingAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environmentAttention to detail and commitment to ensuring model accuracyFamiliarity with Revit software and 3D modeling tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
