Barista

We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Le Petit Hospitality. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on café or barista experience, a strong grasp of coffee fundamentals, and the ability to deliver consistent quality under pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve espresso-based and brewed coffee beverages to a high standard.Confidently operate grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.Handle POS systems, billing, and cash accurately.Assist with stock management and control wastage.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a café or specialty coffee environment.Solid understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and café operations.Knowledge of matcha, hojicha, and other contemporary tea-based beverages is a strong bonus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexible with shifts, weekends, and peak hours.What We OfferA professional, growth-focused work environment.Opportunities to upskill in specialty coffee and beverage craft.Staff meals and additional perks.
