  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound enquiries about online BBA, MBA, and MCA programmes.
  • Share accurate details on programmes, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, admission timelines, and UGC-DEB compliance.
  • Counsel and advise students based on their interests, academic background, and profile suitability.
  • Follow up diligently on leads generated via website, campaigns, or walk-ins to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with admissions team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 0–2 years in tele-calling, counselling, or sales—preferably in the education sector. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
