Someone who believes light can transform lives.An architect / interior designer / lighting designer who:Has 10+ years of experience in the fieldDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent design qualification with demonstrable expertise in lightingIs passionate—truly passionate about lighting and its power to shape human experienceUnderstands that lighting is not decoration, but a tool for wellbeingValues sustainability and wants to reverse climate change through thoughtful designBrings entrepreneurial energy and wants to build something meaningfulSees the immense potential in India's evolving architectural landscapeWants ownership, not just a jobWhat you'll create with usHuman-centric lighting for residential, commercial, institutional and urban projectsSustainable solutions that reduce carbon footprint and light pollutionSmart design and technology that makes lighting simple, accessible and beautifulSpaces where people feel good—from parks to museums, offices to heritage buildingsPartnerships and relationships that grow the Kaash vision across IndiaYou'll work with our Luxembourg-based team, bringing European design thinking together with India's rich architectural traditions.
