We’re Hiring: Head – Marketing | Coimbatore Location: Coimbatore Reports To: Chief Growth Officer Compensation: ₹30–35 LPA + 20% variable It's a 6-day working week with alternate Saturdays working from home.We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the full marketing charter for a premium consumer technology retail group — spanning retail stores, authorized service centers, B2B enterprise, and education segments.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about premium retail, digital-first marketing, and brand storytelling.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Lead brand, retail, digital, and B2B marketing across multiple business verticals.Shape brand perception and customer experience consistent with a global premium brand ethos.Drive store footfalls, conversions, lead generation, and customer retention.Manage a ₹10–12 Cr marketing budget (in addition to brand co-op budgets).Build and mentor a 14-member team spanning digital, CRM, and on-ground marketing.Leverage data, analytics, and AI to optimize campaigns and ROI.🔹 Ideal Profile:10–15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in premium retail / electronics / lifestyle brands.Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle management.Strategic yet execution-focused mindset with strong analytical and creative abilities.MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing/Communications.If you’re passionate about crafting meaningful customer experiences, driving growth, and leading a high-performing team in the premium consumer tech space, we’d love to connect.
