Walk-In Interview Alert 🚶 ♂️ Join us at WTW Thane Office for an exciting opportunity 📅 Date: Monday, 17 November 2025 🕑 📍Walkin Drive Location: :-I THINK Techno Campus, 7th Floor, A & B Wing Off Pokhran Road No. 2 Near Eastern Express Highway Thane (West) – 400 607 IndiaJob Title : Sr Advisor & Advisor Walkin Timing: -11:30 AM to 12:30 PM Job Shift Timing: Day Shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM)Work Location: -Vikhroli Experience - 2- 5 YearsPlease Note: -Only candidates with prior experience in Insurance or worked as a Quality Assurance in insurance domain are eligible to apply for this role.Candidate should have a good communication skill.Freshers are not eligible for this opportunity.Roles & Responsibilities: -To maintain Accuracy/Quality as per the standards agreed by the Business Unit for all SAFR reviewsTo manage workload/ volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirementTo develop a sound understanding of the business process the reviews are conducted for.To maintain and update the centralized inbox and tracking database regularlyTo maintain detailed records of communication with all parties, including changes being made on the Extreme focus on quality with the understanding of the financial/legal implicationsTo draw Leadership attention to anomalies within the processActive participation in all interactions (Team huddles, stakeholder discussions, etc.)To work within the regulatory requirements as needed within the organization Skills:Good verbal and written communication skillsLogical thinking skillset is a mustAbility to learn new processes and systems, also should have the ability to adapt to changesAbility to prioritize and organize tasks, work within stiff timelinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExtreme competence in comprehensionIntermediate level for MS-Office Qualifications: Graduate Knowledge:Knowledge of Insurance Products and Brokerage business.
