Job Overview :

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll Delivery Expert with 2-4 years of experience to lead payroll system implementation, configuration, and optimization.

The candidate will be responsible for defining country-specific payroll data models, integrating EC Payroll with other systems, and ensuring compliance with global payroll standards. This role requires hands-on experience in EC Payroll, P2P Integrations, SAP BTP iFlow setup, and ALE integrations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in international environments, and technical expertise in HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and define country-specific EC Payroll requirements, ensuring proper global vs. local data model integration.

- Configure EC Payroll instances, including integration with Employee Central (EC) and EC Time.

- Set up P2P Integration and UI Mashup with EC and EC Time.

- Implement BTP Standard iFlow, Custom iFlow, and ALE integrations with external systems.

- Establish interfaces between EC Payroll tenants and third-party payroll systems.

- Analyze CSRD reporting requirements and configure CPI Integration in SuccessFactors Analytics (SFA).

- Collaborate with EC, EC Time, local entities, and various departments to set up standardized global payroll processes.

- Train employees on EC Payroll functionalities and system best practices.

- Continuously monitor system performance, ensuring updates and improvements are implemented effectively.

- Troubleshoot technical and functional payroll issues and support end-users.

- Generate system performance reports and analytical insights.

- Act as a consultant for payroll implementations and integrations, ensuring smooth coordination with third-party vendors.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation and configuration.

- Strong knowledge of global and country-specific payroll data models.

- Experience with P2P Integration, UI Mashup, SAP BTP iFlow, and ALE integration.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll system optimization, and compliance requirements.

- SuccessFactors Associate Certification in EC and EC Payroll (Professional Certification preferred).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.

- Advanced MS Office skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under time pressure.

- Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving, and independent working style.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with third-party payroll system implementations and vendor coordination.

- Familiarity with CSRD reporting requirements and CPI Integration in SFA.

- Cross-cultural experience in global payroll processes and compliance standards.

- Additional language proficiency beyond English.
