Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fashion Boutique Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will possess expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales forecasting, which are mandatory for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Visual merchandising (Mandatory skill): Expertise in designing and implementing visually appealing store displays that enhance customer shopping experiences.
  • Inventory management (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in overseeing stock levels, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining optimal inventory balances.
  • Sales forecasting (Mandatory skill): Experience in predicting future sales trends to ensure adequate stock and staff levels.
  • Customer service: Strong ability to provide exceptional service to customers, building a loyal customer base and enhancing store reputation.
  • Fashion trend analysis: Keen insight into current and upcoming fashion trends to ensure the boutique offers desirable merchandise.
  • Team leadership: Demonstrated capability in leading and motivating a team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Budget management: Skills in managing the boutique's financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Vendor relations: Experience in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to negotiate better terms and ensure timely delivery of products.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee visual merchandising efforts to create engaging and attractive store displays.
  • Maintain inventory levels by ordering new stock and managing existing inventory.
