Job ResponsibilitiesHands on experience on robot offline programming using ABB Robostudio software for ABB robots and Fanuc Roboguide software for Fanuc RobotsDesign and implement of robot processes including develop robot offline programsAble to create offline program including paint path creation, paint path optimization, paint process parameters optimization to achieve product qualityPerform analysis and feasibility studies for new parts for robotic operationsBasic knowledge of Paint process is added advantageOnline or Offline troubleshooting of ABB and or Fanuc Robots is added advantageAbility to manage project without guideline and provide solutionsShould have hands on experience in Offline & Online Paint Robot Teaching.Should have experience of Handing Robot Paint Parameter (Like HV, shaping air, Rinsing air, paint Flow etc.).Should have Experience of Robot Installation & Commissioning. know Robot Safety Standards.Should have experience on Handling Painting Robot make, Motoman, Durr, ABB ect.Should have knowledge of Colour Matching for Solid & metallic Colours.Candidate should have expertise of Handling Painting defects.Candidate should have very Good Knowledge of PTED & TOPCOAT Process.Should have knowledge of Production requirements checks, understand Stellantis Standard (RT’s).Concept design, RFQ and Technical document preparation as per new facility requirement.
