We offer a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expertise contributes to groundbreaking projects that weave together science, business, and policy for equitable human progress.Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and tools like Pspark- Manage large datasets and ensure efficient data processing.- Transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.- Implement data quality checks and monitoring.- Migrate legacy bash scripts to new data pipelines.- Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers.- Design and develop basic RESTful Web Services- Identify and help troubleshoot application issues affecting data integrity- Exposure to deployment, and maintenance of machine learning model pipelinesKey Qualifications:- 2-4 years of data engineering experience.- Strong Python skills.- Experience with SQL and data modeling.- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark).- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.- Experience with scripting (e.g., bash).- Good problem-solving and communication skills.- Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
