- JOB DESCRIPTION
- ** Play a lead role for the Fragrances Quality and Regulatory.
- ** Ensuring QA/QC and Regulatory compliances of raw materials and finished products, including
- daily QC /QA sensory, analytical approvals of products, Raw materials & Regulatory checking and clearance of products as per the legislation, Halal, and any technical issues related to Fragrances.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- The principal function is to evaluate materials analyzing by analytical instruments, testing by sensory and analytical method and verify the quality with standards, and to detect and to quarantine non-confirming products
- 1.Quality Control
- Inspect Raw Material
- Support to inspect Intermediates/In-process material
- Inspect Finished Product
- Detect and Quarantine non-confirming products
- Assist/Help non-conformity (internal rejection, external rejection) investigations
- Perform Stability Studies Program (when applicable)
- Maintain Analytical instruments (by calibration, verification, etc)
- Manage Lab Inventory (standard sample, stock, etc)
- Manage Lab information
2.Quality Assurance
The principal function is to assure manufacturing process is confirmed as desired and to guarantee our quality system is working correctly, and to intend to prevent non-confirming processes/products
- Manage Quality system, product Safety system (Supplier Qualification, etc)
- Lead and Manage non-conformities (internal/external rejections on products, self inspections, audits, etc) investigation and its CAPA
- Manage Quality documents (Policy, Standard Operational Procedures, Instructions, Product specifications, etc)
- Handle Customer Complaints
- Auditing (internal, external)
3.Regultory Affairs- Fragrances
The principal function is to ensure our products are safe and in compliance with regulations which are relevant to intended use and to provide appropriate product information
- Keep relevant regulations/guidelines updated
- Conduct safety checks of our products
- Ensure our products are in compliance with governmental, industry and customer requirements
- Create, submit documents (Certificates, SDS, Customers requested form, etc) to customers, authorities
- Maintain, manage, update relevant database (for formula checking, costbook, etc)
- Religious Certification (Halal)
- Collaborate formula maintenance and transfer
Other Responsibilities:
- To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Support the implemented quality, safety and environmental management system.
- Overall responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the QA/QC department and Laboratory.
- To ensure QC Analysis of Product / Raw materials
- To ensure that our finished products meet quality standards and our raw materials used meet our requirements and quality standards.
- Verify and issue Certificate of Acceptance products that meet specified quality standards.
- To conduct inspection of the raw materials and finished products through the use of analytical equipment & Sensory evaluations.
- Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of analytical equipment.
- Responsible for the stock Inventory and maintenance QA Laboratory apparatus and supplies.
- Responsible for the good housekeeping and safety of the QC / QA Laboratory.
- Maintain and ensure documentation and procedures meet FSSC22000/ISO 9001, Halal, Kosher and other certifications Standard.
- Continuously review and revise to improve testing procedures of QA Laboratory.
- To carry out any additional job-related duties which the Management may assign from time to time.
- Responsible for the FR Customer complaint management, customer audit, vendor audit CAPA closure Issue QA/QC documents, customer documentation
- New vendor developments and Management.
- Periodic audit of the facility and improve on the GMP conditions
- Co ordinate with HQ and other affiliates for the quality related activities
- Responsible for the confidentiality and security of all intellectual property of the company (formulations and documents).
- Maintain and ensure the compliance to the GHS system.
- Manage raw materials & products data information in ERP system.
- Creation of new raw materials code for R&D creations.
- Ensure formulations and raw materials used comply with legal and religious regulations as well as within the Takasago Corporate Rules.
- Provide documents to customers in regulatory compliance including Halal, GMO, Questionnaire, Allergic, Fragrance Specification / COA, Legislations, IFRA and Product Composition.
- Keep abreast of current country Law, Halal, IFRA, Fragrance Regulations,
- Implement and conform to all established quality, safety and environmental management system.
- Support the implemented quality, safety and environmental management system.
- Lead the Adaptation manager role
- Raw Material Co Ordinator in Takasago India.
