Role Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Consulting Manager to join our growing consulting team.

- In this role, you will lead and manage consulting engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive measurable results.

- You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of our consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement:

Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

- Conduct client interviews, workshops, and presentations to gather information and present recommendations.

- Understand client needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.

Project Management:

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure project deliverables are met to the highest quality standards.

Business Analysis & Problem Solving:

- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client operations, processes, and performance.

- Identify key business challenges and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop innovative and practical solutions to address client needs.

- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

Practice Development:

- Contribute to the development of our consulting methodologies and frameworks.

- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

- Mentor and coach junior consultants.

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

- 4-6 years of experience in business consulting or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully managing consulting projects and delivering client value.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong project management skills and experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a specific industry (e.g financial services, healthcare, technology).

- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.

- Consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm.

- Relevant certifications (e. , PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
