Let’s make it happen.Company Link- www.adeptmind.ai Position Overview:We’re seeking a data-driven professional with 2+ years of experience who excels at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.Build and optimize queries, dashboards, and reports using modern analytics tools.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design data models and ensure data accuracy and consistency.Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.Stay current with emerging analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience building complex queries.Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).Solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).Familiarity with statistical analysis, data warehousing (ie Snowflake), and ETL processes.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating across global teams.Knowledge of SEO tools e.g SEMrush This role requires working in EST hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) to ensure smooth collaboration with our Global team.Why Join Us:Work on impactful projects that directly influence business strategy.Collaborate with a dynamic global team passionate about data and innovation.Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment.
